    We ship the products to all countries across the globe.

  • Which currency can I shop in?
    We accept payments in Dollars/Pound/INR whichever is prevalent in the country you place from.

  • Which mode of payment do you accept?
    You can opt for any payment method through debit card payment, credit card payment or net banking.

  • How much will I be charged for shipping?
    Please check product details to know about the shipping charges applicable on your product.

  • How can I cancel the order placed?
    We accept cancellation of order, only if you inform us over a phone call within 30 minutes of placement of order.

  • If I cancel my order, how do I get my refund?
    We will try our best to refund the amount within 7 business days after the product reaches us. Please note that it does not include your bank’s processing time. We will keep you updated on the refund process through e-mails.

  • Do I need to pay additional duties and taxes?
    Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product for any shipment within India. For any shipment to an offshore customer duties will be applicable as per government norms.

  • How do I track my order?
    We will send you the tracking number in the confirmation mail.

  • How can I change my billing address?
    Sorry! We cannot make changes to the billing address. Please be careful.

  • What happens to my money deducted from my Debit card/Credit card/ Net Banking for an unsuccessful order?
