All Products purchased from our website shall be delivered to the user by standard courier services.
The logistics partner will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the User is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order(s).
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to inter alia:
-other unforeseen circumstances
We bear no liability in case of failure or delay in the delivery of the products, including any damage or loss caused to the products. We do take utmost care of the packaging and delivery from our side.
However in case where a damage has been caused to the products ordered, we shall replace the products as per our replacement policy as indicated on the website.
All returns should be made in original product packaging and perfect condition. It should be unworn with tags attached to avail refund.
For all successfully returned items, the amount shall be credited to the original payment method.
Delivery charges of the product shall not be refunded.
All refunds shall be made in the currency in which the payment was made.
Refunds for courier charges during self-shipment of the package shall be against a valid RVP slip/written confirmation from the courier company that the RVP has been done for a particular shipment/order.
